The estate, located between the vineyards and the sea, is surrounded by a large garden divided in a front lawned area that gracefully frames the swimming pool (10×5 mt), and a backyard when you’ll find an al fresco dining area. We assure you that in the evening, from the front yard, you’ll get an enchanting view of the coastline and of the Aegadian Islands.
The whole outdoor area is 2000 sqm wide and includes a small warehouse that hosts tools and pool machinery.
Inside you’ll immediately notice the elegance of the ambiance. Surroundings
Fior Di Sale estate is located in the province of Trapani, in the Western area of Sicily, within the limits of the WWF reserve of Trapani and Paceco’s salt pans. You’ll be just 250 meters away from the coastline that faces the Aegadian Islands, perfectly visible from the villa. The city of Trapani is just 11 km away, but you can reach also Marsala in a short drive.
The salt pans of Trapani and Paceco along with the ones in Marsala, which are within easy reach from the estate as well, are one of the best sights in Sicily. Taking a walk by the salt pans in the late evening can be an unforgettable experience, especially if you’re so lucky to meet some of the pink flamingoes that live in the area.
The Western coast of Sicily hosts some of the most beautiful beaches of the island, just think of the beach of San Vito Lo Capo, near the city of Trapani, and the Zingaro nature reserve, or the beaches of the Marsala area such as Signorino.
From the villa Fior Di Sale you will also easily reach the archaeological parks of Segesta and Selinunte (the largest in Europe, Athens included), where you’ll have the chance to visit some of the best preserved ancient Greek temples of the world.
